Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya has decided to appoint a seven-judge bench to consider the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition against IGP Pujith Jayasundara and former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando for failing to act on the forewarnings on the Easter Sunday attacks.
