Army Commander Shavendra Silva stated that a woman died of a heart attack while being transported to the Welikanda, Galkanda Quarantine Center in the evening alongside a group of employees from Brandix, Minuwangoda.
The woman had died on the bus which was on its way to the quarantine center. The woman was a 64 year old residing in the Warapalana area in Udupitiya, Gampaha.
