The number of individuals who have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 has crossed the 10 million mark in Sri Lanka.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, 10,211,537 people have been administered with both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in the country.
Accordingly, 83.4 percent of the target population has been offered with both doses of the vaccines.
In addition, the number of people who have received a single dose stands at 13,264,806 as of this afternoon.
Sri Lanka has been using the vaccines such as AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Sputnik V, Pfizer, and Moderna since it commenced its vaccination rollout in January 2021.
