A suspect has been arrested in Madampe with defamatory posters. The Madampe police arrested the suspect with defamatory posters and leaflets of candidates contesting tomorrow’s presidential election.
The police raided the house in Madampe based on a tip-off received and seized 3850 such defamatory posters and leaflets. our news reporter said the suspect will be produced before the Chilaw Magistrate Court today (November 15).
