The National Ceremony to mark World Children’s Day was held at Temple Trees under the patronage of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday. (October 1). Here, Prime Minister Wickremesinghe distributing prizes and certificates among a group of children who had displayed special skills and talents.

Women’s and Children Affairs Minister Chandrani Bandara and Women’s and Children’s Affairs Ministry Secretary Asoka Alawatte were also present on the occasion.
