Sri Lanka has stopped giving the Pfizer vaccination as a second dosage

The administering Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines as the second dose to those who had been vaccinated with AstraZeneca has been halted from today, said the Army Commander General Shavendra Silva.

The decision was taken as 1.4 million doses of AstraZeneca is expected to arrive in Sri Lanka by the 3rd week of July.
