A special meeting between officials of the Sri Lanka Freedom party and the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna is set to be held today.
The meeting will take place at the office of the Opposition leader.
SLFP General Secretary, Professor Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa noted that the meeting will focus on creating an alliance between the two parties and on finalizing a political policy framework for the upcoming elections.
