A committee has been appointed to make decisions and recommendations on the organizer positions within the SLFP.
The committee has been tasked with the appointment of new organizers, evaluating the performance of existing organizers as well as recommending individuals suitable to the position of organizer.
Senior vice president of the SLFP, Prof. Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa will head the committee which also consists of SLFP General Secretary MP Dayasiri Jayasekara and Minister Mahinda Amaraweera. The committee will also employ the services of two independent experts.
