Sri Lanka Navy in collaboration with the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) held a workshop last week to enlighten the island’s judges on illegal fishing practices.The workshop, organized by the FAO for the benefit of judges, was held at the auditorium of the Southern Naval Command on 29th September. Commander Southern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Kapila Samaraweera presided the event.
