Several areas were isolated with effect from 6am this morning, stated the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).
Following areas were isolated until further notice:
- Trincomalee District

- Batticaloa District
●. Valacchenai Police Area – 1st Cross Street, Brainthurachenai 206 and 2nd Cross Street, Brainthurachenai 206
●. Kattankudy Police Area – Kattankudy 04, Kattankudy South, Kattankudy 05, New Kattankudy East, New Kattankudy North, New Kattankudy South and Karabala Road, A.L.S. Mawatha, Nuraniya Cemetery and Beach Road
