Governor of the Eastern Province, Anuradha Yahampath has decided to close all schools in the Trincomalee Education Zone until further notice, education officials said on Sunday (Dec. 20).
The decision was reached after 15 COVID-19 patients were reported in the Trincomalee city limits, the Eastern Province Governor’s Office said in a statement.
