President Maithripala Sirisena has instructed relevant officials to conclude the releasing of lands in the North and East to their legal owners before December 31.
The President issued these instructions during the third meeting of the presidential task force appointed on the development of the Northern and Eastern provinces, at the parliament complex last evening (3).
