Postal voting for 2020 General Election will take place across 04 days in July

The National Elections Commission said postal voting for the 2020 General Election will take place across 04 days.

Commissioner-General of the NEC Saman Sri Ratnayake speaking to media said postal voting will take place on the 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th of July.

He said the process of casting postal votes and guidelines which need to be followed will be issued in due course.

On Wednesday, the National Elections Commission said the 2020 General Election will take place on the 05th of August.
