Three including the chairman of Padiyathalawa Pradeshiya Sabha have been arrested for assaulting an individual, the Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekara said.
It was reported that the incident took place within the Padiyathalawa Pradeshiya Sabha premises.
