JVP MP, Bimal Rathnayake noted that Eastern Container Terminal of the Colombo Port was sold to India and Japan indiscreetly on the 28th of last month.
He noted that no one was aware of the agreement, including the cabinet until the day of the deal.
He showed cabinet paper presented by Sagala Rathnayake on May 24th to sell the Eastern Container Terminal to India and Japan.
