Navy apprehends drug filled boat off coast of Galle

The Sri Lanka Navy intercepted a boat off the coast of Galle today believed to have been carrying a haul of heroin.

Navy Spokesperson, Lt. Commander Isura Sooriyabandara noted that the Navy took into custody, what is believed to be, a haul of 200kg of heroin. He added that the boat in question is being escorted to the Colombo port
