Namal calls on the people to elect new Muslim and Tamil leaders

Namal Rajapaksa said the government is not prepared to contest the election by creating a political hunting ground. He added that this government believes in the legal system and the police adding that there is no need to establish special courts or special police divisions to exact political vengeance.

He made this statement to the media outside the Western Province High Court in Colombo today.

Meanwhile, MP Namal Rajapaksa also called on the people to elect new Muslim and Tamil leaders with nationalistic ideas who can build the country rather than electing those with extremist ideas.
