Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Eastern, Uva and North-Central provinces and in Jaffna,Mulattivu and Vavunia districts after 2.00pm.
General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
A few showers may occur in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Kandy, Nuwara-Eliya, Kurunegala, Galle and Matara districts.
