Lack of party unity led to defeat-Palitha Thewarapperuma

Parliamentarian Palitha Thewarapperuma noted that the United National Party should reunite before attempting to unite all communities.

He made this statement while attending a meeting held at the Party Headquarters today (November 27).

Thewarapperuma added that the party suffered a defeat at this election because there was no unity.
