Deputy Minister J.C. Alawathuwala and State Minister Lucky Jayawardana were appointed respectively as the State Minister of Home Affairs and State Minister of City Planning and Water, today.
The newly appointed State Ministers took oaths before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
State Minister J.C. Alawathuwala held office previously as the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and State Minister Lucky Jayawardana previously held office as State Minister of Hill Country New Villages, Infrastructure and Community Development.
