The Attorney General’s Department has prepared indictments against former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran and 9 others over the Central Bank treasury bond scam.
The AG’s Department has requested permission from the Chief Justice to file the indictments before a three-member judge bench of the Permanent High Court-at-Bar.
