The inauguration of Commandant’s Cup Sailing Regatta, organized by the Naval and Maritime Academy (NMA), was held in the alluring waters off Sandy Bay in the port city of Trincomalee from 27th to 29th September. The opening ceremony was held at the Shanthi Bahar memorial Sailing Club under the auspices of Commandant NMA, Commodore Kalana Jinadasa and Mr. Sarath Kuragama of the Yachting Association of Sri Lanka.
