During a raid conducted in Kosgoda, the Special Task Force of Police had recovered 20kgs of heroin yesterday.
Heroin has been found while hidden in a jungle area, said the Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana.
Search operations are underway to apprehend the suspects linked to the heroin consignment.
