The police states that there could be heavy traffic congestion close to Ambalangoda along the Galle-Colombo main route from 2:00 pm (September 20) to 10:00 pm tomorrow (September 21) due to the annual perahera of the Modara devalaya.
The police urge the motorists and the general public to make use of alternative routes within this time period.
