Former Director-General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe is scheduled to participate in the forthcoming COVID-19 Prevention Committee meetings, said the Minister of Health Pavithra Wanniarachchi in Parliament on Wednesday (18).
Responding to a question raised by the Opposition, the Minister said Dr. Anil Jasinghe, the former Director-General, was promoted to the post of Secretary to the Ministry of Environment and was not left out of the meetings.
