Dankotuwa motor collission claims two lives

Two people have reportedly died in an accident in Dankotuwa. The accident occurred when a private bus traveling towards Giriulla collided with a three-wheeler that was plying towards Negombo.

The bus driver who had lost control of the vehicle had crashed into a nearby shop. The victims were identified as D. K. Jayakodi, a mother of two and a resident of Dummalakotuwa, and H. A. Rajith, a father of two, and a resident of Dankotuwa.

The driver of the bus was arrested over the incident. The Dankotuwa police have launched further investigations into the incident.
