The curfew in the Jaffna district will be in effect until further notice.
Earlier the government announced that the police curfew in Puttalam, Mannar, Killinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya and Jaffna will be lifted at 6 am tomorrow.
However, according to the revised directives, the curfew will now continue for the Jaffna district until further notice.
