The Sectoral Oversight Committee on Education and Human Resources Development is to summon officials of the Central Bank to probe into the sources of funds to the Batticaloa Campus Private Limited currently under construction in Batticaloa.
Chairman of the Committee, Professor Ashu Marasinghe noted that the investigation will be conducted on Monday (May 27). He further said that the special report prepared on the committee is due to be presented to the parliament by the first week of June.
