Army Intelligence Sergeant Chamika Sumith Kumara has been arrested over the abduction of journalist Keith Nohyar, says the Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne.
He was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Division on the directions of the Acting Inspector General of Police.
