All Vice-Chancellors have been informed on how to deal with the commencement of universities, University Grants Commission stated.
All universities will be reopened tomorrow, Chairman of the University Grants Commission, Prof. Sampath Amaratunga said.
The health authorities have provided approval to recommence all ordinary academic activities and all Vice Chancellors of all universities have been made well aware of the respective guidelines, He further added.
