2193 people arrested in total for Q/Curfew violations

201 people were arrested in the Gampaha, Colombo & Kalutara Districts in the past 24 hours ending at 0600 hours on Wednesday (04) for the violation of the Quarantine Curfew, said the Police Spokesperson.

31 vehicles were seized by Sri Lanka Police, he added.

2193 people were arrested from the 04th of October to-date, for the violation of the Quarantine Curfew in Sri Lanka, said DIG Ajith Rohana.

In addition, 338 vehicles were seized by Sri Lanka Police.
