The National Elections Commission noted that 13 candidates have placed bonds for the upcoming Presidential Election. Accordingly, nine well known political parties and 4 independent candidates have place bonds, said a senior official of NEC.
Meanwhile, the period to accept applications for postal voting for the Presidential Election will end on October 4th.
