Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Northwestern provinces and in Galle and Matara districts, stated the Meteorology Department.
Heavy showers above 100 mm can be expected at some places in Sabaragamuwa province and Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Kaluthara, Galle and Matara districts.
