Around 75 percent of pregnant women in Sri Lanka have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, Director of the Family Health Bureau (FHB), Dr. Chithramali de Silva said.

Speaking at a media conference held yesterday at the Health Promotion Bureau, Dr Chithramali urged pregnant women who have not yet taken the vaccine to get the COVID jab as soon as possible.
