Nineteen mobile phones found buried in Colombo Remand Prison

A stock of mobile phones has been recovered during a special raid at the Colombo Remand Prison this morning (24).

The Commissioner General of Prisons Thushara Upuldeniya stated that the mobile phones were found buried within prison premises.

Nineteen mobile phones have been uncovered in this manner.
