Persons at quarantine centres to cast votes on July 31

Arrangements have been made for those who are at quarantine centres to cast their votes on the 31st of July, says the Chairman of the Election Commission Mahinda Deshapriya.

Accordingly, these voters will mark their ballot papers at their respective quarantine centres.
