Six fresh cases have been reported in the country increasing the total count of coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka to 1,895.
According to the Epidemiology Unit’s tally, 542 active cases are currently under medical care at selected hospitals in the country.
Meanwhile, 55 COVID-19 patients returned to health earlier today (15) as the count of recoveries recorded from Sri Lanka reached 1,342.
Sri Lanka has witnessed 11 deaths from the novel coronavirus so far.
