Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva says that more than 3,361 people have been quarantined at 45 quarantine centres in the country.
The Army Commander, who also heads the Centre for the Prevention of COVID – 19, said among the COVID-19 patients is an officer attached to the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps.
