Interdicted High Court Judge Thilina Gamage will be testifying before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on probing political vengeance, today (04).
He had been summoned to the Commission at 10 am this morning, spokesman of the Commission told reporters.
Justice Gamage had lodged a complaint with the Commission that he was subjected to political victimization by interdicting over a case of keeping an elephant calf.
Gamage had testified before the Commission on several occasions previously in connection to the same case.
The justice points out that the gazette notification relating to the registration of elephants is an invalid document as it was presented without due process in Parliament.
