Air quality in Colombo decreases

The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) says that the dust particles in the atmosphere surrounding the city of Colombo are still high. Senior scientist, Sarath Premasiri said the air quality index in Colombo city has increased to over 150 units.

He added that as result attention should be given to individuals suffering from respiratory diseases and pregnant women.
