UPFA Parliamentarian Dr Sarath Amunugama said corruption can only be prevented at the polls and not by law.
He called on the people to not cast their vote for those who are tainted with fraud and corruption; regrettably accepting the fact, most of the time, it is such people who are elected by the masses.
