The Attorney General has filed indictment against former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran and 9 others before the three-member Permanent High Court Trial-at-Bar.
Coordinating Officer to the Attorney General,State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, stated that the Special High Court has summoned the accused to appear before the court on July 19 for service of indictment.
