A man who broke into the Accounts Division of the National Hospital in Colombo and stole an unknown amount of cash at gun point was arrested by Police.
“It is impossible to say how much was actually stolen,” speaking to reporters Deputy Director of the National Hospital Lionel Muhandiram said.
A spokesperson for the National Hospital said the suspect had pointed a gun at an officer in the salaries department to commit the crime.
