First COVID-19 death in Sri Lanka has been reported from the Infectious Diseases Hospital (IDH), the Ministry of Health said.
The deceased patient had been a 60-year-old diabetic patient from the Marawila area.
Reportedly, he had previously undergone a kidney transplant as well.
