Election Monitoring Organizations state that appointments in the state institutes have spiked following the declaration of the presidential election.
Executive Director of the PAFFREL, Rohana Hettiarachchi noted that they have received 16 complaints in relation to the upcoming presidential election.
The National Election Monitoring Center has stated that they had received 13 complaints.
