Several isolated areas in WP to be released tomorrow (23): NOCPCO

Several isolated areas in the Western province will be released from isolation at 5:00 am on Monday (Nov. 23), the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said on Sunday (Nov. 22).

COLOMBO DISTRICT

Borella, Wellampitiya, Colombo Fort, and Slave Island in the Colombo district will be released from isolation at 5:00 am tomorrow (23), the NOCPCO said In a release issued via the Department of Government Information.

However, the Wanathamulla GS division that comes under the Borella police jurisdiction and the Weekanda GS division of Slave Island will REMAIN ISOLATED, until further notice.

Furthermore, the following 13 police jurisdictions of the Colombo district will continue to REMAIN ISOLATED.
– Mattakkuliya
– Modara
– Blooemandal
– Kotahena
– Grandpass
– Foreshore
– Aaduruppu street
– Maligawatta
– Dematagoda
– Keselwatta
– Maradana
– Pettah
– Dam Street

GAMPAHA DISTRICT

In the Gampaha district, ONLY Ja Ela and Kadawatha will be released from isolation at 5:00 am tomorrow (23).

The police jurisdictions of Negombo, Ragama, Wattala, Peliyagoda, and Kelaniya will continue to remain isolated.

KALUTARA DISTRICT

In the Kalutara district, several GS divisions of Bandaragama will be isolated with effect from 7:00 am today (22).

– Kirimanthudawa GS division
– Korawala GS division
– Atalugama GS division
– Bamunumulla West GS division
– Galahamandiya GS division
