Attorney General Dappula De Livera returned another 18 incomplete investigation files to the Acting Inspector General of Police with regard to the suspects arrested following the 2019 April 21st Terror Attacks.
State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne, the Coordinating Officer to the Attorney General said a total of 100 such incomplete investigation files were returned to the Acting IGP and the Acting IGP was directed to properly conclude the investigations.
