291 Sri Lankans repatriated from Singapore

Another group of Sri Lankan nationals stranded in Singapore due to the COVID-19 global pandemic returned to the island onboard a special repatriation flight on Tuesday (02).

A total of 291 Sri Lankans arrived onboard SriLankan Airlines flight UL 303 which had reached the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, at around 4.15 p.m. today, siyatha news reporter said.

The passengers will be subjected to medical tests and disinfection protocols before being sent to mandatory quarantine.
