PCoI has no authority to question AG’s functions before trial-at-bar: AG

The Attorney General has responded in writing to the notice from the Presidential Commission of Inquiry probing allegations of political victimization, the AG’s Coordinating Officer said.

In his response, the Attorney General has stated that the Presidential Commission of Inquiry has no judicial power or authority to question the AG’s function before the Trial-at-Bar.
