The Department of Examinations states that the evaluation of the exam papers of the GCE Ordinary Level examination will commence on the 26th of this month. The first phase will be held from the 26th of December to January 4.
The Commissioner General of Examinations Sanath B Pujitha stated that the second stage will begin on January 18 and will end on January 26. 35,000 Teachers are set to participate in the evaluation of answer sheets in 82 centers throughout the island.
Meanwhile, training sessions for the GCE O/L examiners will be held on the 18th and 19th of this month.
